Full-time employees are eligible for benefits on the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment. Open enrollment begins annually in April. The plan year runs from June 1 to May 31.

 

Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance

Comprehensive coverage with a choice of plans for employee, employee + spouse, employee + child, or family. HSA-compatible plans also offer access to a Health Savings Account. Stem cell therapy options are also included.

Life, Disability, and Accident Insurance

Group and voluntary term life insurance, short- and long-term disability insurance, and voluntary accident insurance are available.

Employee Assistance Plan (EAP)

Access to confidential therapy and support at no cost for multiple areas of life through Carilion’s EAP. Four free visits per person, per calendar year, per life event are covered.

Paid Time Off & Holidays

Everyone needs relaxation and rejuvenation.

Employees who work 30 hours or more accrue Paid Time Off (PTO). PTO combines sick, vacation, and personal time into one category. Paid holidays depend on position, and a schedule for the following year is shared each fall.

In addition to the company stock earned through the ESOP, employees may contribute to a 401k using pre-tax payroll deductions. Wall matches contributions up to 4%.

We give back to our communities.

Wall offers full-time and regular part-time employees paid days each year to volunteer with organizations in their community. Full details are available to employees through ADP.
