You must work with your local Community Services Board to obtain a waiver. A Developmental Disability Waiver, Medicaid insurance, or commercial insurance is required to access our services. Learn more about waivers here.
No. To qualify for our services, individuals must have a primary diagnosis of a developmental disability. We can support individuals who have a co-occurring mental health diagnosis.
No. All of our services are based in Virginia, and we do not currently operate outside the Commonwealth.
No, Wall is not a non-profit or 501(c)(3) organization. We are a 100% employee-owned company operating under an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan).
We have three companies. Wall Residences provides residential and community-based support services. Wall Therapeutic Solutions provides clinical services, including Applied Behavioral Analysis, Therapeutic Consultation, Speech services, and school consulting. Wall Connections provides non-emergency medical transportation.
No. While we serve many communities across the state, some services are only available in specific regions.
