Founding Values
Our founding values emphasize the importance of seeing each person as an individual and ensuring services are designed to honor their unique needs, abilities, challenges, and goals. At Wall, person-centered practices are central to who we are and how we serve. We began as a provider of Sponsored Residential support for individuals with developmental disabilities. While we have grown over the years, our founding values of “valued lives, meaningful living” remain at the core of all three of our companies.

We believe therapy and environmental modifications can help individuals become the most joyous and fulfilled version of themselves. We believe every person has the right to set their own goals, express their wishes in any manner they are able, and receive the supports needed to live a life that is meaningful to them.
